Light shines brightest in the darkest places, and some of the best fruit grows in the deepest valleys. B2BAB Ministries sprouted in one of life’s valleys. It began with writing notes about what the Lord was teaching me in the middle of the storm. Over time, those notes turned into devotions. I’m not sure if it was courage or too much coffee, but one Saturday morning I decided to share one of them with a few friends. To my surprise they loved it, were encouraged by it, and asked me to continue sending them. As time went on, a few friends grew to a few hundred, and a few hundred grew to a few thousand.
In August 2014 our church was having 21 days of prayer, and it was during time that B2BAB Ministries was actually born. To say it was started with humble beginnings would be an understatement. It started with a Facebook page and a prayer (literally). The Lord has brought us a long way since then, yet we still have so far to go. He has continued to increase our influence and territory as we contstantly ask Him for wisdom, guidance, and favor in sharing His love and making Him known.
A couple years after B2BAB began, I was reading The Parable of the Shrewd Manager in Luke chapter 16 and couldn’t stop thinking about it. In verse 8 He says, “For the people of this world are more shrewd in dealing with their own kind than are the people of the light.” Through this verse and prayer, He has convinced me that the internet and social media are “shrewd” ways and that we, as His children, should be using them to reach the lost. What the enemy intended to harm, God intended for good. If we are willing, He is faithful to put us in a position to reach the lives of many people (Genesis 50:20).
Today, our team is focused on reaching the lost, sharing His love, maximizing His return, and empowering His children to do the same. With God’s favor and blessing we have been able to create an environment where each month there are over 500,000 people that see God’s word, over a hundred thousand engagements with His word, and thousands of people sharing His word. I am convinced that this is just beginning! His desire to use us, and all of His children, is far greater than our desire to be used. My prayer is that our humility always keeps up with His blessing. In doing so, I am confident we will see Him do immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine.

Only ask, and I will give you the nations as your inheritance, the whole earth as your possession. 2 Corinthians 9:10-11
Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians 3:20
